On Friday afternoon on April 19th 2013 there will be a great possibility to participate in lectures and a workshop in the Department of Geological Sciences of Masaryk University. Lectures are opened to all participants, while the workshop capacity is limited to 25 people because of practical exercises.
Firstly, the workshop concentrates on nuclear methods used in geological data characteristics and will be taught by an excellent specialist Dr. Jiří Mizera of the Nuclear Physics Institute of Academy of Science Czech Republic from Prague. Furthermore, one lecture will introduce neogene sediments of the South Moravia in the Czech Republic, presented by local team of Assoc. Prof. Šárka Hladilová, Prof. Rostislav Brzobohatý and Dr. Nela Doláková. Last lecture will reflect the real field geochemical data in environmental context presented by M. Sc. Kateřina Jašková of NANO IRON, s.r.o., Czech Republic.
