ACCOMODATION AND MEALS

ACCOMODATION

The accomodation will be provided by Accomodation and Catering Services of Masaryk University. Available for reservation are mostly double-bed rooms in Garni Hotel Vinařská.

Standard price in case of hotel type accomodation for each person and night is 520 CZK.

You may book the accomodation through the Registration form. Please don't forget to mention, how many nights you wish to stay. If you prefer to accomodate with certain person, mention it in the form. More information about the reservation and prices and other possibilities are provided in the registration form and the payment web section.

The last minute reservation later than March 20, 2013 will be possible as well by mailing to isgc2013@gmail.com. In such cases, payment will be realized at the hotel reception and the price might be a little bit higher.

THE CHEAPEST HOSTEL TYPE ACCOMODATION

Cheaper student accomodation is also available in the Hall of Residence Jan Amos Komensky but may be payed only at the place of the accomodation. Therefore you don't need to pay ahead of time throuhg the Shopping Center. You will be accomodated in double-bed or three-bed rooms. If you wish to accomodate here, please write it down into the registration form. Some photos are available here.

Price list for accomodation in the Hall of Residence Jan Amos Komenský:

• Standard 2-bed room: 310 CZK* /per night, without breakfest
• Comfort 2-bed room: 467 CZK* /per night, without breakfast
• 3-bed room: 270 CZK* /per night, without breakfast

* The price is calculated for one person but the room has to be fully booked.

You also may optionally choose the breakfast type:

• Standard breakfast: 70 CZK
• Breakfast Buffet: 100 CZK

MEALS

The meals will be available during the conference time. Meals that are included in the registration fee: coffee-breaks, lunch, dinner and Evening party refreshment during the conference time. If you have any special need for meals, pease don´t hesitate to mention it in the Registration form.
