Training - Gender Biases Against Women
As part of Gender Equality Plan MU (GEP), a training session focused on the issue of gender stereotypes.
At the beginning of March 2019, we attended the HR conference organised by Alevia and the law firm HOLEC, ZUSKA & Partners. The main topic of the conference was application of labour laws in a research organisation, challenges in various areas such as keeping records of working hours, remuneration, or intellectual property protection were discussed in detail during the conference day. This event provided us with new knowledge regarding the labour law and also with useful experience of other research organisations in the Czech Republic that was shared in panel discussions. We would like to use relevant insights into setting up of the HR processes at our Faculty as a part our HRS4R Action plan.

In May 2024, we launched an analytical phase of the project "Introducing a Flexible Working Culture and a Support System for Parents on Maternity and Parental Leave into the Working Environment of the MU Faculty of Science" as part of the Employment Plus Operational Programme (OPZ+). This phase includes a gender equality audit, featuring structured individual and group interviews with our employees, led by an auditor.
