Training - Gender Biases Against Women
As part of Gender Equality Plan MU (GEP), a training session focused on the issue of gender stereotypes.
During June and July 2020, we have introduced a new faculty selection rules and recruitment process to almost 100 faculty employees. The rules and the process were created within the HRS4R/HR Award project, in line with principles of the European Charter and Code for Researchers (OTM-R). These principles emphasize namely open, transparent, merit based and also international recruitment.
For the comfort and safety reasons, the trainins were offered in 16 sessions, online and personal form, using both faculty locations, according to the preferences of participants.
We wish successfull selection and hiring of the new team members to all participants.

In May 2024, we launched an analytical phase of the project "Introducing a Flexible Working Culture and a Support System for Parents on Maternity and Parental Leave into the Working Environment of the MU Faculty of Science" as part of the Employment Plus Operational Programme (OPZ+). This phase includes a gender equality audit, featuring structured individual and group interviews with our employees, led by an auditor.
