In the category of the best students of bachelor’s and master’s programs:

Mgr. Tomáš Gybeľ – research group of prof. Vítězslav Bryja, he is now working on his doctoral project entitled Molecular and functional analysis of casein kinase 1 biology
In the category of the best students of the doctoral program, the awards were won by:

Mgr. Marek Hampl – research group of doc. Marcela Buchtová, is currently completing his doctoral project Developmental processes involved in the formation of cleft lip and palate

Mgr. Karol Kaiser, Ph.D. – research group of prof. Vítězslav Bryja, recently successfully completed his work at MUNI and is now starting the postdoc position at the University of Basel in Switzerland

Mgr. Anna Kotrbová – research group of prof. Vítězslav Bryja under supervision of Dr. Vendula Pospíchalová, deals with the topic Functional and biochemical analysis of extracellular vesicles from ovarian cancer ascites
The ceremonial handing-over of awards to the winners will take place at the beginning of the academic year 2020/2021. So we will bring some nice photos then. 🙂
The Dean’s Awards are announced annually in order to support the creative activities of outstanding students in Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral study programs. Proposals for the awards are submitted by the Directors of individual institutes. The Dean assesses how successful the nominated student has been in their activities and, after discussion in the Dean’s Board, decides on the number of winners and the amount of remuneration awarded to individual students.
