Here are some photos of Mediterranean tree species studied near CO2 vent in Orciatico (Lajatico, Italy). On these species, the effects of long-term exposure to elevated CO2 on leaf photosynthesis, leaf nutrient content and leaf anatomy (No of stomates) are studied. The metods used are gazometric measurements of gas exchange (CIRAS-01, PLC, PPS, England) and the measurements of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (Fv/Fm, YieldPSII). The results are published (see list of publication).
