The main focus of the plant tissue culture laboratory is the cultivation of plant cell, tissue and organ cultures in in vitro conditions and the use of these cultures in the study of various topics such as the effect of pollutants on growth, development and processes in plants or the elicitation of secondary metabolites. The laboratory provides teaching of several subjects for both bachelor and master students and both bachelor and master theses are prepared here.
