Yeast extract 10 g
Glucose* 20 g
CaCO3 20 g
Agar 20 g
Distilled water 1000 ml
Sterilize at 115°C for 20 min.
After sterilization resuspend CaCO3 in each tube
and slant.
*Use 2% galactose for Xylophilus
