I. Yeast extract 10 g Casamino acids 7.5 g Sodium citrate 3 g KCl 2 g MgSO4.7H2O 20 g FeCl2 traces NaCl 250 g Distilled water 750 ml II. Agar 25 g Distilled water 250 ml Steam separately the two solutions, mix together and adjust pH to 7.4. Sterilize at 121°C for 15 min. and distribute the medium into sterile tubes or Petri dishes.
