I. Yeast extract 1 g Glucose 1 g (NH4)2SO4 0.2 g KH2PO4 3 g MgSO4.7H2O 0.5 g CaCl2.2H2O 0.25 g Distilled water 500 ml pH 3.0 - 4.0. Sterilize at 121°C for 10 min. II. Agar 30 g Distilled water 500 ml Sterilize at 121°C for 20 min. Sterilize separately solutions I. and II. and cool to 50°C. Thoroughly mix the medium before distributing aseptically into sterile tubes or Petri dishes.
