Yeast extract 10 g
KH2PO4 1 g
Na2HPO4.2H2O 3 g
Sodium lactate (70%) 40 ml
Distilled water 960 ml
Dissolve the solid ingredients in water and add
the lactate. Adjust pH to 7.0 and distribute in
high layer into screw-capped tubes.
