   Yeast extract                4 g
   Malt extract                10 g
   Glocose                      4 g
   CaCO3                        2 g
   Agar                        12 g
   Distilled water           1000 ml          	
Adjust pH to 7.2 before adding agar. 
Sterilized at 118 °C for 20 min.
