I. Yeast extract 5 g Peptone 5 g Glucose 10 g Agar 18 g Distilled water 800 ml Sterilize at 115°C for 15 min. II. KH2PO4 1 g MgSO4.7H2O 0.2 g Na2CO3 10 g Distilled water 200 ml Sterilize at 121°C for 15 min. Cool to 50°C, mix together I. and II. aseptically. Do not adjust pH.
