I. Yeast extract 5 g Peptone 5 g Glucose 10 g KH2PO4 1 g MgSO4.7H2O 0.2 g NaCl 80 g Distilled water 800 ml Agar 20 g II. Na2CO3 20 g Distilled water 200 ml Sterilize I. and II. at 115 C for 15 min., cool to 60 C and mix together aseptically. Do not adjust pH.
